Hunting for Global Mods! Preference given for eastern hemisphere types. ((Currently Closed))

We're still a wee baby forum, and I'm still a university student who occasionally enjoys sleeping and getting homework done. I spend massive amounts of time online on a regular basis, but it would be a royal help if I could round up a few other people willing to play moderators once in awhile.

PM or E-mail me if interested, with a simple explanation of why you are interested and any skills you could bring to the table (potentially) beyond crowd control.
Preference will be given to people in the eastern hemisphere, people with verifiable coding and scripting skills, and people who, through participation in the forum here, display themselves to be mature, articulate, patient, and troll-vigilant.
It also really helps if you get along with me and if other folks like you, since it makes all our jobs significantly easier, but I will favour a highly-competent mod over somebody I like who really oughtn't have the job.

I also accept recommendations of other members from people who are not personally interested in the job.

I'd like to keep this forum as democratic as can be had, for the people who use it.
If and when I have a set of candidates in consideration for modding, I may open a private vote-by-PM to make the final decisions.

EDIT: At least for right now, our staff are quite sufficient for the needs of the board. If this situation changes, I'll reopen this thread. Thanks to all who contacted me!
